Cesim adapts the training programs to the needs of the client, (a) adapting the existing simulation, (b) adapting the training process, or (c) developing a new product (simulation and training process).

In most cases, we use the Cesim Business Simulation Platform, developed by our Finnish colleagues, and adapt our programs to meet the customer’s needs more precisely.

Often, Cesim’s business simulations are integrated into enterprise-wide training programs for high-potential employee development (e.g., HPD, Mini-MBA, etc.).
